The warwalking symbol looks like a half lemniscate symbol.
Any sinificant? Why? (beats me)

i doubt that's relevant. warwalking symbols are real so the symbols were probably there because they were warwalking.

yea that symbol does actually mean an open connection in that spot.
the actual term for the symbols are warchalking.
